Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 21, 2026
Sheldon Systems LLC is committed to making the PaveHub app and our customer-facing pages accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every user to be able to view their project, make a payment, and reach us regardless of how they browse the web.
Conformance target
Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard widely referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We prioritize this standard for our public-facing pages (such as login and customer links), and we are bringing our login-gated staff dashboards into alignment over time. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we work to align new features with this standard as the app evolves.
What we've done
- Pages declare a language and use proper headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate them.
- Interactive controls (buttons, links, photos) are reachable and operable with a keyboard, and show a visible focus indicator.
- Images carry text alternatives, and status and error messages are announced to assistive technology.
- We respect the operating-system "reduce motion" setting.
- We design and build with platform screen readers (VoiceOver) and keyboard-only navigation in mind, and are working to validate our public pages against them.
Known limitations
Some content — such as third-party payment links or uploaded job photos — is provided by outside services or users and may not always meet our standard. Where a barrier prevents you from completing a task, please contact us and we will provide the information or assistance you need promptly.
Get help or report a barrier
If you have trouble accessing any part of the PaveHub app or our customer pages, or you need information in a different format, contact us and we will help and work to fix the issue:
- Email: support@sheldonsystems.net
Please include the page or link you were using and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Enforcement & feedback
Your feedback helps us improve. We review accessibility reports as they come in and prioritize fixes that restore access to core tasks (viewing a project, paying a balance, contacting us).
