Common questions
I forgot my PIN. Ask your company owner — they can reset any crew PIN from Settings → Crew.
How do I cancel my subscription? On iPhone/iPad: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → PaveHub. On the web: open the app → Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I delete my account? In the app, open My Profile → Delete my account and confirm with your PIN. Your login and profile are removed immediately. Company owners can delete the whole company (and its data) from Settings; data is purged after a 30-day grace period.
Something looks wrong with my data. Email us with the job or customer name and we'll look the same day.
