PaveHub
What's new in PaveHub
Every change that shipped, newest first. We ship most weeks.
October 2026 Latest
- PaveOS is now PaveHub. Same app, same login, same data. The name changed because a paving-machine maker already uses "Pave OS" on its equipment. Nothing you need to do; your company code and crew PINs are unchanged.
September 2026
- Sign in with no signal. The login screen now works in a dead zone: once a phone has signed in with service, it remembers the crew list and checks the PIN itself. No more being locked out at the yard or on a job site with one bar.
- Bank feed imports itself. Link your bank once and last night's transactions show up as expenses every morning, ready for you to put on a job.
- Errors get caught server-side. The billing, login and text-message jobs now report their own failures so we find breakage before you call us.
- Every record connects. Your bid links to the job, the job to the invoice, and the original bid amount stays visible even if the final number changed.
- Create your own company. Anybody can sign up and be running in two minutes. No sales call.
- Free plan after the trial. Trial ends and you haven't picked a plan? You keep all your data and 20 estimates a month instead of getting locked out.
- Trucks get their own checklist. Assign a load-out list to each truck and check it before the crew rolls.
- Spam filtered out of website leads. Junk estimate requests from your website get caught before they reach your leads list.
- SealCycle defaults to 6 months. New paving jobs get a first reseal reminder six months out automatically.
- Bulk-import jobs from a spreadsheet. Bring your existing jobs in from a CSV file instead of typing them in one at a time.
- Data Health check on every import. Imported jobs get audited and repaired automatically so bad data from an old spreadsheet doesn't follow you in.
- Know when a customer opens your invoice. Add a personal note to any estimate or invoice you send, and get an alert the moment it's viewed.
- Automatic payment reminders. Turn on opt-in reminders and overdue invoices nudge the customer without you picking up the phone.
- Export Summary for your books. Pull a dated CSV of every invoice and estimate for your bookkeeper any time.
- Tonnage calculator. Get material tonnage for aggregate, gravel, DG, sand and asphalt straight from a job's square footage.
- Subscriptions play by the rules. Clear subscription terms, a real Support page, and you can delete your own account without emailing anyone.
- AI features tied to your plan. AI estimate help and briefings require sign-in and a Business plan, with daily limits so nobody's account runs away on usage.
- Live Job Map made more reliable. The map recovers gracefully when it's offline and holds up better on longer shifts.
- Leads waiting, right at the top. New leads show up at the top of the owner dashboard instead of buried in a list.
August 2026
- Payroll and billing locked down. A security pass tightened payroll, subscription and billing checks across the app.
- Website quotes become hot leads. Quotes from your website convert straight into hot leads, with cold ones parked instead of cluttering the list.
- PaveHub says who runs it. Legal pages now name Above & Beyond Paving LLC as the company behind PaveHub.
- Every bid traceable end to end. Follow a bid all the way through to the job, or pull it off the board if it doesn't happen.
- Week Board, editable from your phone. Lay out the whole week on one board and adjust it from your phone, with an AI review of the plan.
- Text opt-in cleaned up. Fixed the text-message consent step on the estimate form so it works the way carriers expect.
- Your logo and phone number on every estimate. The customer estimate page shows your logo, phone number and contact details.
- Inventory tab. Count your gear and see what's assigned to each job site, from the owner view or the crew's.
July 2026
- Live Job Map. Every live and upcoming job pinned on one interactive map, with better address matching so pins land in the right spot.
- Send estimates and invoices by text or email. Customers get a link the moment you hit send, no printing or PDF attachments.
- Aerial photo on every estimate. The aerial snapshot from Measure shows up automatically on the customer's estimate, invoice and PDF.
- Deposits on the same invoice. Request a deposit and collect the rest on one document instead of splitting it into two.
- Customers can decline an estimate too. Not just approve — a decline notifies you and your team just the same.
- Measure tool gets sharper. Commercially-licensed aerial imagery, a precision crosshair, and pins you can drop right inside a drawn shape.
- More job types. Stabilized base, culverts and drainage pipe joined the list of things you can bid and bill.
- Faster on weak signal. Pages load from cache first and the dashboard starts up quicker on a cold connection.
- Career ladder for your crew. Training incentives, a bonus ledger, and a "Move Up" view so workers can see their own progress.
- Daily goals and streaks. Each worker gets an auto-built checklist for the day, with streaks and bonuses you approve.
- Narrated training videos. New hires watch a video and sign off, instead of just reading a PDF.
- Neighbor add-on jobs stay grouped. Pickups from the same street stay tied to the job that spawned them instead of scattering across your list.
- Cleaner time clock. Duplicate punches get flagged, double clock-ins are blocked, and payroll exports to CSV with a day-by-day hours breakdown.
- Legal pages match what we collect. Privacy, terms and accessibility pages were corrected to match the data PaveHub actually collects.
- Login and signup locked down. A security pass across login lockouts, onboarding and stored data closed several gaps.
June 2026
- Customers can approve estimates online. Send a link and the homeowner reviews and approves the bid right there, no printing or PDFs.
- Itemized invoices for customers. The customer gets an itemized invoice page showing every way you accept payment.
- The app works fully offline. Estimates, photos, time punches and job updates save on the phone and sync themselves once you're back in range.
- More ways for customers to pay. Card, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle or a check — you choose what you accept.
- Estimates and invoices convert both ways. Turn a bid into an invoice, or back, without re-entering a single line item.
- Notification center and push alerts. See what happened in the app in one place, and get a push alert on your phone.
- Photos work with no signal. Snap job-site photos in a dead zone and they upload themselves the moment you're back in coverage.
- Smarter daily AI brief. Yesterday's production, expenses and profit now feed into the morning brief and Ask AI.
- Measure multiple shapes at once. Trace more than one shape off aerial imagery in a single job and get linear footage automatically.
- Size a pothole from a photo. Instant Measure estimates pothole size from a picture and logs GPS proof with it.
- Reusable bid templates. Save a preset once and reuse it on every similar job instead of rebuilding the bid from scratch.
- Weather-aware sealcoat calls. The daily brief won't green-light sealcoating on a wet day and gives an odds-based call on paving weather.
- Three plans, 14-day free trial. Starter, Crew and Business plans, with a no-card 14-day trial of Business up front.
- Hiring pipeline built in. Track applicants, scorecards and a probation period without a separate spreadsheet.
- Digital handbook with sign-off. Crew read and sign the handbook on their phone, with a short quiz to confirm they actually read it.
