SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages (job updates, appointment reminders, invoices, estimate follow-ups, review requests, and occasional offers) at the mobile number you provide. Messages come from Above & Beyond Paving LLC, or from the paving company you did business with that uses PaveHub to send them — that company's name is in the message. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

How you opt in

• Customers: by checking the SMS consent box — unchecked by default, and never required to submit — on our "Request an Estimate" form, or by giving us your cell number and signing a work order carrying the same disclosure.
• Crew: during employee onboarding, by giving us your cell number on the employee form that authorizes work-related schedule texts.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies, up to about 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply — those charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. We stop texting that number right away. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 210-899-7323 or asphaltpaving94@gmail.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information

No mobile information — including your phone number and SMS opt-in — will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We send messages through Twilio, our messaging provider, which handles delivery on our behalf.
